Cooking With Fresh Herbs!

Don’t be afraid to cook with fresh herbs! We dare you to take your tried-and-true recipes and just lace them with some fresh-chopped herbs and SEE AND TASTE the difference. Here are some ideas to bring into your kitchen…and don’t miss our very own recipe collection using fresh herbs!

  • Chop parsley, chives, cilantro, etc., and sprinkle on top of your favorite bowl of vegetable soup, chili, tacos, rice, beef stew, etc.

  • Mix a stick of butter with fresh-chopped oregano, rosemary, basil, parsley, dill or the herb of your choice. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and minced garlic to taste. Melt on fresh green beans, baked potatoes, corn-on-the-cob, etc. Use as baste for chicken or fish. Spread on French bread and warm in the oven for a delicious garlic bread.
